Staffing Services
We provide full life cycle recruitment for specific requisitions to supplement the internal recruiting organization or managers. Placements can be provided in one of the below contractual formats.
Contingent
HarrisWest can place a candidate with your company where the fee will be a percentage of the candidate’s first year base salary due 30 days after hire’s start date.
Retained
HarrisWest can place a candidate for an executive level or challenging position where the fee is set in advance and due in three payments, 1/3 upon contract signing, 1/3 upon resume submittal and 1/3 upon hire’s start date.
Contract to Hire
HarrisWest can, for certain positions, provide a candidate on a contract-to-hire agreement. This is based on the company establishing the candidate's competency once the candidate has completed some time in the actual work environment.
