The beginnings of HarrisWest
History
Heather Harris, SPHR, wanted to find a way where talented Human Resources professionals could continue to add value when a traditional 40+ hour work week onsite in a corporate environment no longer allowed them work/life balance. To address this, Heather started HarrisWest in 2005 so that HR Professionals could manage their availability to equally meet their professional and personal goals as their lives changed. HarrisWest strives to match the right position with the right consultant or candidate based on HR skills and business goals. |

Goal
We provide excellence in Human Resources support through contract support to companies so that they can in turn provide a consistent level of excellence in service to their employee population regardless of the changing workflow within their HR organization.
Heather personally brings over 15 years of experience in HR covering Employee Relations, Training and Staffing. |
